How does it work?

Add up to 4 photos of your pet, their name and your email. We turn the photos into up to four embroidery designs, usually in a couple of minutes, and show them to you right here. Choose the one you like best, then the color, size and placement, and check out. We stitch your design onto the crewneck and send it to you.

Who makes the design?

We make your designs from your photos with image AI (a computer program that draws pictures), set up to create designs that stitch well, in up to 10 thread colors. There are four looks to choose from: your pet’s head facing forward, a sweet one, the head and neck, and a playful one with a little something, like a ball, a heart or a party hat. Every design is checked before you see it, and once you order, we prepare the one you chose for the embroidery machine. It isn’t drawn by hand, which is how you can see yours in minutes instead of weeks.

Can I see my design before I pay?

Yes. You see your designs, and a preview of the one you choose on the crewneck, before you pay anything. If none of them is right, you can try another version, a few times a day. We also email them to you, so you can come back to them later.

What photos work best?

Clear photos where your pet’s face is easy to see, in good light, taken close up. Use photos of just one pet, and real photos rather than drawings or paintings. Up to 4 photos of the same pet from different angles help most. We check your photos as you add them and tell you if one doesn’t look right.

Does it work for cats and other pets?

Yes. Dogs, cats and other pets all work. Each sweatshirt shows one pet, so use photos of just that one.

Can I make one for a pet who has passed away?

Yes, and it can be a lovely way to keep them close. Choose the clearest photos you have of them. You’ll see the designs before anything is made, and if something doesn’t look like them, you can try another version or tell us and we’ll help.

Can I put more than one pet on a sweatshirt?

Each sweatshirt shows one pet, which leaves room for the details that make them look like themselves. For two pets, make a design for each and order two sweatshirts.

How does the sizing run?

It’s a classic unisex fit. The size guide above gives each size in centimeters and inches, and the measurements can vary by about 2.5 cm (1 in). If you’re between sizes, or like a roomier fit, go one size up.

How do I wash it?

Turn it inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, and tumble dry low or lay it flat to dry. Don’t iron over the embroidery, and skip the bleach.

How long does it take, and where do you ship?

Made to order. Usually ships within about 7 to 10 business days. Shipping is free, and we email you when it’s on its way. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Outside the United States, your country may charge import tax or a customs fee on delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Tell us as soon as you can, using the chat on this page. Each sweatshirt is made just for you, so once your order has gone to be stitched we can’t change or cancel it, but until then we usually can.

What if it isn’t right?
