Not Satisfied?
If you’re not happy with your order or there’s a problem with what you received, please reach out to our team at hello@mydogcalendar.com within 5 days of your delivery date and we will make it right.
What to Include
When contacting us, please include:
- Your Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the problem, if applicable (e.g., print defects, shipping damage)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your calendar or poster arrives damaged or with a print defect, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Digital Products
AI-generated images and digital content are non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom-created for each order.
